I have been dealing with Jen from Everyday Pools for several years, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with her staff is a pleasure. A few years ago I wanted a Loop-Loc cover for my pool and Jen handled the whole thing without a hitch. This winter I had some damage to my Loop-Loc cover due to the severe weather.
